The article’s typos aside (yeesh), we love what Inc.com says about CEOs on social media:  “While making a social media gaffe should be avoided, the more costly mistake is falling out of the conversation altogether, or becoming ‘invisible.’” They list some great CEO social media role models and point out that having an established social media presence is particularly important in a crisis because followers will come to you for answers, and it gives the CEO (or brand) a sense of transparency that is important when you want to be trusted.
