In the patriotic spirit of July, Bell Tower Shops is hosting its “Patriotic Pups” Yappy Hour on Friday, July 13.
During the dog-friendly event, pooches can participate in a lively USA-themed costume contest, showcasing their best red, white and blue fashions. The cost to participate is a $5 donation to the Gulf Coast Humane Society, and one lucky dog will earn the title of Most Patriotic Pup.
The “Patriotic Pups” Yappy Hour runs from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 13 at Center Court.
Bell Tower Shops, Southwest Florida’s dog-friendly shopping, dining and entertainment destination, holds Yappy Hour on the second Friday of each month. Yappy Hour is the area’s largest pet-friendly social hour, providing an evening of fun for pet lovers and their four-legged friends.
Live entertainment on July 13 will be presented by DJ Robert McDonald in Center Court, in addition to a bounce house, sidewalk chalk station and lawn games for guests to enjoy. Cru will present the beer and wine for the evening; all proceeds from beer purchases will be donated to the Gulf Coast Humane Society. Omaha Steaks will also present a “Doggone Good Deal” – $2 hot dogs and $1 water bottles, with proceeds going to the Gulf Coast Humane Society. Picture Perfect Photography will capture pup portraits for a $5 donation to the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
Throughout Yappy Hour, visitors will have an opportunity to stop by dog-friendly sponsor stations and meet adoptable dogs from the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
