A new option for grilling has made its way to Southwest Florida. Design Studio by Raymond is now offering Evo’s residential circular cooktop grill options as well as its professional food service. Design Studio by Raymond is the first and only Evo dealer in Naples, Fla. Evo models include a wheeled cart, built-in cooktops and tabletop models. In addition to traditional grilling, an Evo cooktop can be used to sear, sauté, stir-fry, steam or poach.
Evo cooktops are designed to accommodate any space, increasing the functionality of the outdoor kitchen area for both chef and guests. The grill offers a unique 30” circular cooking surface and wide range of controllable cooking temperatures, also allowing users to cook both directly on the seasoned cook surface and indirectly with the use of pots and pans.
