Bell Tower Shops is pleased to announce that Ohio-based EO Burgers will open its first Florida location at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers during the first quarter of 2016.
EO Burgers is best known for serving all-natural, 100 percent USDA prime beef burgers. EO burgers are never frozen or processed, and all patties are hand-shaped and grilled to order. Fries are a natural complement to burgers, and EO Burgers serves only hand-cut fries that include garlic, parmesan, and herb-rubbed fries, and crispy onion rings. EO Burgers also offers a choice of house-made gourmet dipping sauces including BBQ, Buttermilk Ranch, Screamin’ Chipotle, Spicy Cholula, Smokey Mayo and Sassy Sauce. Hand-spun shakes, hand-dipped cones, and sundaes are made using gourmet frozen custard made in-house with the freshest ingredients. Hand-spun frozen custard shakes include Ghirardelli chocolate, Saunders caramel, or fresh strawberries.
At Bell Tower Shops, EO Burgers will offer a modern vibe with a blend of warm woods, industrial metal, brick walls and vibrant electric red aesthetics in the furniture and fixtures. A casual dining concept, the restaurant with spacious interior bar will provide seating for up to 150 guests, including 75 seats in the year-round outdoor patio.
EO Burgers offers beer, wine, and full bar selections, and Happy Hour will feature great deals on martini cocktails and frozen custard cocktails.
Construction is currently underway. EO Burgers is owned by the owners of Blue Point Oyster Bar and Seafood Grill at Bell Tower Shops.
