GMA Architects & Planners (GMA) received two Summit Awards during the Lee Building Industry Association’s annual Summit Awards held Oct. 12 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Estero, Fla. GMA Architects & Planners were presented with awards for two Best Architectural Projects – in the schools category for the design of the Heights Foundation Cultural Arts and the commercial category for the design of Chico’s National Store Support Center Corporate Office Building 10.

The Summit Award’s program recognizes success and professionalism within the commercial construction and remodeling industry. Created by the Commercial Contractors Council of the Lee BIA, the Summit Awards provide an opportunity to recognize excellence in this effort. Judging takes place outside of the local area by experienced industry professionals.
