GrowFL names Elite Jets a finalist in 2021 ‘Companies to Watch’ program

Elite Jets has been named a finalist in GrowFL’s 2021 Companies to Watch program that recognizes growing Florida-based companies.

Elite Jets, founded in 2016, is a premier, safety-focused charter aircraft service based in Naples that serves affluent business and leisure passengers traveling to destinations across North, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean. The company’s fleet includes four Embraer Phenom 300 jets, one Embraer Legacy 500 jet and a Bell 407 helicopter. Elite Jets also provides management services for a Hawker 850XP jet.

“Our growth had been steady, but many affluent travelers have prioritized their health and safety since the pandemic began, and they’re now flying privately instead of first-class commercially,” said Stephen Myers, executive vice president at Elite Jets. “As a result, we’ve hired more pilots, established a client services team and added to our White Diamond Concierge Services. Being named a Companies to Watch finalist is a tremendous honor because it means GrowFL recognizes Elite Jets as a leader within the aviation industry.”

GrowFL’s Companies to Watch program was developed by the Edward Lowe Foundation and honors second-stage companies across Florida that are developing valuable products and services, creating quality jobs, enriching communities and broadening new industries. Second-stage companies have six to 150 full-time employees and annual revenue of $750,000 to $100 million.

Elite Jets is among 81 finalists being recognized in 2021. Over the past 10 years, GrowFL has celebrated the achievements of 500 Florida entrepreneurs, business owners and their teams. GrowFL will announce 50 winners in October and host a celebration gala in February.
