Matanzas on the Bay has raised a total of $880 for the Symphonic Chorale of Southwest Florida through its annual fundraising event, which was held Dec. 11 at Matanzas on the Bay on Fort Myers Beach. Symphonic Chorale of Southwest Florida held a raffle drawing, and Matanzas on the Bay contributed five percent of the day’s sales, all to benefit Southwest Florida’s only professional core chorus. Throughout the day, guests had the opportunity to enjoy caroling by the Symphonic Chorale of Southwest Florida, followed by an evening of live performances from Father Al and the Jazz Congregation and Terry Stewart.
“It is an honor to once again hold our annual fundraiser for Symphonic Chorale of Southwest Florida, and we are extremely thankful for those who joined us in supporting such a great organization,” said Glen Petrarca, general manager of Matanzas on the Bay. “This is one of the many ways that Matanzas on the Bay remains involved in the great community of Southwest Florida, and we are excited to have the opportunity to share this involvement with our valued guests.”
