Mike Brooks joins Stevens Construction Inc.

Mike Brooks has joined Stevens Construction as project manager, announced Mark Stevens, company president.

Brooks will have overall responsibility for the management and execution of health care and commercial projects during all phases of design and construction, ensuring projects maintain budget and schedule.  Brooks will also work closely with the design team to provide value engineering suggestions, constructability analysis, as well as negotiate and award vendor contracts, conduct owner/subcontractor meetings and monitor the construction team.

Brooks brings eight years of construction experience, providing pre-construction services on $300 million in completed commercial projects throughout Florida.

A LEED Accredited Professional and licensed general contractor, Brooks earned his bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida.
