Taking Care of Family, Clients & Community for Three Decades
Let's Connect

Norman Love Confections, FineMark National Bank & Trust partner with Frontline Foods Southwest Florida to honor nurses with artisan chocolate

Two local businesses are partnering to honor frontline heroes with a gift of “love” during National Nurses Week, which is May 6-12.

In partnership with Frontline Foods Southwest Florida, Norman Love Confections and FineMark National Bank & Trust are gifting a four-piece box of decadent artisan chocolates from Norman Love Confections to 4,500 nurses at Lee Health.

“Nurses serve a vital role in the health of our communities every day,” said FineMark President and CEO Joe Catti. “Given the current state of our world with COVID-19, it seems especially fitting to recognize the incredible nurses of Lee County who are on the front lines of this pandemic. And we’re very pleased to partner with Mary and Norman Love and their company, Norman Love Confections, in giving great gratitude to all of our nurses and certified nursing assistants.”

National Nurses Week is held annually from May 6-12, highlighted by National Nurses Day on May 6. This year’s recognition is especially meaningful as nurses join physicians and medical staff in helping diagnose and treat patients with COVID-19.

“Our team is extremely supportive of the frontline heroes who devote their lives to keeping us safe and healthy, particularly the nurses who treat patients and their families with so much respect, love and compassion,” said Norman Love, founder and owner of Norman Love Confections. “Chocolate is the No. 1 way of saying ‘I love you,’ and we are grateful to FineMark Bank for supporting Norman Love Confections in reaching out to share our love with local frontline heroes. It’s our shared hope that nurses will realize how much this community values their dedication and expertise during these challenging times.”

In partnership with World Central Kitchen, a tax-exempt, registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization, Frontline Foods donates healthy delicious meals to frontline workers in these unprecedented times by partnering with local restaurants that have been deeply affected by COVID-19. The Frontline Foods is a grassroots organization with more than 50 local chapters that have delivered more than 275,000 meals to over 350 frontline teams across the country.  All donations are tax deductible.
