Norman Love Confections hires Bethany S. Janney as local sales manager

Norman Love Confections has hired Bethany S. Janney, a seasoned sales and food and beverage executive, as local sales manager serving Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties. Janney will be responsible for sales strategies and community outreach throughout Southwest Florida.

Janney joins Norman Love Confections with expertise in catering sales, meetings and special events at high-end hotels, most recently at the Westin Cape Coral Resort. Other hotels where she has worked during her nearly 15-year career include the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans, Virgin Hotels in Chicago, Sheraton Times Square, and Westin properties in Bellevue, Wash., and Rosemont, Ill. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management from the University of Delaware.

“Like me, she got her customer service training at hotels like the Ritz-Carlton,” Norman Love, founder and owner of Norman Love Confections. “This experience, as well as her knowledge of the local market, will make her a valuable member of our team meeting the needs of our corporate customers.”

Janney joins the corporate sales team, which is responsible for establishing sales strategies and expanding Norman Love Confection’s community outreach throughout Southwest Florida, as well as serving area businesses and organizations creating a unique corporate gifting program for prospecting, new business, client gifts, holiday gifts, corporate events and more. Norman Love Confections packages handcrafted, ultra-premium artisan chocolates in gift boxes, towers and baskets that are ideal for corporate gift needs.
