Gulfshore Business also has announced this year’s 40-under-40 award recipients, which recognize “young leaders who have distinguished themselves in their professions and in their communities.” This year’s list of talented trailblazers includes four young professionals who passionately serve our clients: Casey Crowther, president of Target Roofing & Sheet Metal; Alicia Miller, executive director of The Sally J. Pimental Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center; John “Trey” Fletcher, general counsel and vice president of administration at Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida; and Katy Martinez, director of development at Lee Health Foundation.
The Cape Coral Community Foundation announced finalists for its Excellence in Nonprofit Performance Yearly awards (the ENPYs), and three of our clients are being honored for their accomplishments. Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida is a finalist for Nonprofit of the Year. Kevin Ahmadi, area director of operations for Volunteers of America, which operates Gulf Coast Village, is a finalist for Executive of the Year. Christine Gala, a child advocate and volunteer for Guardian ad Litem Foundation, 20th Judicial Circuit, is a finalist for Volunteer of the Year.
