Stevens Construction has announced Troy Hernly and Terri Sobeck as principals and shareholders.

“Troy and Terri’s many years of dedicated service have contributed to the growth and stability of the company; it is a pleasure to have them become a more integral part of the firm,” said Mark Stevens, company president.

Troy Hernly joined Stevens Construction in 2006 as director of construction. Today, he leads all construction projects out of the company’s Orlando and Tampa offices, including a 202,732-square-foot renovation of the Florida Hospital Tampa, which is currently underway.

Director of Administration since 2004, Terri Sobeck has been a critical asset to Stevens Construction since its inception. She manages the accounting systems, human resources, project administration, and maintains the company’s records, policies and procedures for all three office locations.

With offices in Fort Myers, Orlando and Tampa, Stevens Construction specializes in providing construction management, general contracting, and consulting services to clients and design professionals. Other services include site and design team selection, budgeting, project scheduling, permitting, cost and quality control, and warranty service.
