Stevens Construction completes Associates in Digestive Health

Stevens Construction has completed a renovation of an existing 10,545-square-foot building into a medical office and AHCA-licensed surgery center for Associates in Digestive Health, announced Dan Adams, vice president south Florida and partner.

With construction occurring in two phases and delivered on schedule, the project included the renovation of an existing building into a medical office with seven exam rooms, procedure room, reception and administrative offices.

Stevens Construction also renovated 4,516 square feet of the building into a surgery center with two operating rooms specializing in colonoscopy and endoscopy and added a pre-op area and sterilization room.

Serving Harold Scott Harris, M.D., William (Rick) Keith, M.D., FACG, Seth Lipka, M.D., Brian P. Rajca, M.D., and Bradley Trope, M.D., Associates in Digestive Health is located at 13051 University Drive in Fort Myers.

The Stevens Construction team included Dan Adams as project executive, Michael Waskiewicz as project manager, Gary Tipton as superintendent and Angie Sugg as project administrator. Cassetty Architecture is the architect of record.

Stevens Construction also provided construction services for Associates in Digestive Health’s Cape Coral medical office building in 2014 and surgery center in 2012.
