Stevens Construction has completed the construction management services of a tenant improvement for Compass, a real estate technology company, announced Dan Adams, vice president south Florida.

With offices in 100 cities, Compass has launched into the Florida market with a 5,500-square-foot office located at 800 Laurel Oak Drive in Naples. Compass features an open-concept floor plan, team rooms, reception, wellness room and offices to serve 70 residential real estate agents.

Completed within three months, Stevens Construction carefully coordinated all construction activities to minimize disruption to neighboring businesses. Compass is located on the fourth floor of the occupied FineMark National Bank & Trust building, adjacent to Waterside Shops.

The Stevens Construction team includes project manager, Alan Bennett; superintendent, Mark Battaglia; and project administrator, Angie Sugg. MHK Architecture & Planning provided the design.
