Stevens Construction Inc. wins best healthcare project for Longevity Performance Center

Stevens Construction has won a Sand Dollar Award from the Collier Building Industry Association for best healthcare project, announced Dan Adams, principal and vice president, South Florida.

In a ceremony held on Sept. 28 at the Ritz-Carlton Tiburón in Naples, Stevens Construction earned a Sand Dollar Award in the under $1 million healthcare category for Longevity Performance Center, located at 1000 Immokalee Road in Naples. Stevens Construction converted two retail spaces of an occupied commercial building into one, 4,449-square-foot wellness and fitness facility. Longevity Performance Center offers blood testing to measure biological age and creates a custom fitness and nutrition program specific to blood biomarkers. Longevity Performance Center is designed for clientele looking to live longer and increase energy.

Stevens Construction has earned seven Sand Dollar Awards since 2015. Sand Dollar Awards are presented annually to building, design and marketing professionals who have demonstrated excellence within the building industry in Collier County. Entries are judged on unique features of the project, unusual constraints, and how the project addresses the needs of the target market.
