Stevens Construction has won two Sand Dollar awards from the Collier Building Industry Association.
In a ceremony held on Sept. 24 at the Ritz-Carlton Tiburon in Naples, Stevens Construction earned a Sand Dollar award in the “Best Healthcare Facility Over $5,000,000” category for Landmark Hospital of Southwest Florida. Located at 1285 Creekside Blvd. E. in Naples, the 86,676-square-foot, three-story hospital specializes in providing care to medically complex patients who benefit from an extended recovery time.
Stevens Construction also earned a Sand Dollar award for “Best Financial Facility Under $1,000,000” for the construction of FineMark National Bank & Trust, located at 800 Laurel Oak Drive in Naples. The 8,400-square-foot build-out occurred in two phases to allow operations to continue during the project.
Sand Dollar awards are presented annually to building, design and marketing professionals who have demonstrated excellence within the building industry in Collier County. Entries are judged on unique features of the project, unusual constraints and the how the project addresses the needs of the target market.
