Michael Waskiewicz has been promoted to division manager of the Orlando office, announced Troy Hernly, vice president of central Florida.
A Stevens Construction team member since 2017, Waskiewicz previously served as project manager, successfully completing a diverse portfolio of health care and commercial projects including BIG ARTS, Performance Surgery Center, Marlins Brewhouse, Estero United Methodist Church and MidwestOne Bank.
As division manager, Waskiewicz will oversee the daily operations of the Orlando office, leading preconstruction, project management, field supervision, marketing and administration.
A graduate of Ohio University’s Industrial Engineering and Technology program, Waskiewicz has 23 years of commercial construction experience.
Stevens Construction has multiple projects underway from its Orlando office including a multi-phase expansion and renovation of Osceola Regional Medical Center and a renovation of Campus Crusade for Christ’s 217,090-square-foot facility.
