After joining the SVN franchise in 2017, SVN|KOVA Fort Myers has rapidly expanded its presence in Lee, Charlotte and Hendry counties, acquiring upwards of $50 million worth of property for sale and over 40,000 square feet of space for lease. With the increase of demand, SVN|KOVA Fort Myers welcomes two new hires, Tiffany Luongo and Martinn Winters, MAI.
“Both Tiffany and Martinn’s knowledge and proven track records are an extremely valuable addition to our team,” said Steve Cunningham, MAI, CCIM, managing director and qualifying broker for SVN|KOVA Fort Myers. “As we continue the development and expansion of the company and team, we are delighted that our reputation is attracting experienced people ready to embrace our brand.”
Luongo joins SVN|KOVA Fort Myers as a senior advisor and brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience to the SVN|KOVA Fort Myers team. Specializing in the Estero-Bonita Springs area, Luongo has a strong background in development and expertise in raw land entitlement. Her expertise includes retail leasing and site selection, office sales and leasing, and all facets of land. Luongo has been featured for her knowledge and success in the Estero-Bonita Springs area in The News-Press, Gulf Coast Commercial, Gulfshore Business and NBC-2, and was the featured commercial presenter at the Estero Real Estate Review for two of the three years it occurred. Luongo has completed hundreds of real estate transactions totaling over $100 million, and her expertise in office leasing led her to lease more than 67,000 square feet of office space in the last two years alone. Luongo is excited to join SVN|KOVA Fort Myers in its first full year in the Southwest Florida market and believes that its team of industry professionals will propel SVN|KOVA Fort Myers’ standing as a leading commercial real estate firm in Lee, Charlotte and Hendry counties.
