The Preserve to host Community Cookout for health care workers and first responders

The Preserve logo with tagline

The Preserve, in partnership with The Roads Home Health, will host a Community Cookout for first responders and health care workers on Friday, Oct. 7. Meals will be offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Preserve, located at 14750 Hope Center Loop in south Fort Myers.

“This is a devastating time for so many people in our community, including health care workers and first responders who still have a job to do and are unable to attend to many of their own personal needs,” said Rachel Byrd, director of sales and marketing for The Preserve. “The Preserve and The Roads Home Health want to show our appreciation and support for those working tirelessly to keep our community safe and cared for.”

In addition to offering meals at The Preserve, the two organizations will also be delivering meals to hospitals and other first responders actively working to restore the community.
