Norman Love Confections is pleased to introduce new wine and beer offerings at its Fort Myers-McGregor Chocolate and Dessert Salon. Norman Love Confections is proudly serving beers from Fort Myers Brewing Company, including the popular Gateway Gold golden blonde ale and High 5 IPA draught beer, available by the glass. More locally produced beers will be added to the beverage list in the near future. Norman Love Confections will also serve a bottled beer selection and a variety of white, red and sparkling wines by the glass. Coming soon, Norman Love Confections will introduce chocolate and wine pairings, as well as chocolate and beer pairings, in addition to ala carte desserts paired with wines.
In addition to offering award-winning ultra-premium, handcrafted chocolates, as well as specialty desserts, artisanal baked goods including a new Signature Pastry Collection, coffees, novelty products and Artisan Gelato by Norman Love, the Fort Myers-McGregor location’s new beer and wine selection is designed to enhance the salon experience for customers.
The bottled beer selection includes Birra Peroni’ Peroni Nastro Azzurro Italian lager, Cigar City Brewing’s Florida Cracker white ale, Conch Republic’s Key Lime Wheat, 21st Amendment Brewing’s Toaster Pastry red pale ale, New Belgium’s Citradelic tangerine IPA, Goose Island’s Sofie Belgian-style ale, J’Dubs Brewing’s Bell Cow milk chocolate porter and Guinness’ Guinness Stout.
White wines include Abbazia di Novacella’s Sudtirol-Alto Adige Pinot Grigio, Voss Vineyards’ Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Jam Cellars’ Butter Chardonnay, Benovia Winery’s Russian River Valley Chardonnay. Red wines include Light Horse’s Carneros Pinot Noir, Coltibuono’s Chianti Classico, Tom Gore’s Cabernet and Ca’Momi’s Napa Valley Cabernet. Sparkling wines complete the selection with Tiamo’s Prosecco Extra Dry and Le Grand Courtage’s Brut Rose.
