Family and friends of educators to receive 15 percent off
Captain Jack’s Everglades Airboat Tours and Wooten’s Everglades Airboat Tours are showing their appreciation for teachers by offering a complimentary airboat or swamp buggy ride and free gator show for K-12 grade Florida teachers and education staff June 15 through July 15. In addition to a ride and gator show free of charge, Captain Jack’s and Wooten’s will offer a 15 percent discount to families and friends who accompany the school employee as well. A school identification badge must be displayed by teachers and staff, and complimentary tickets are limited to one per educator. This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers or discounts.
“We are extremely grateful for the many local teachers and education staff who dedicate countless hours to preparing our students for future success in their educations, careers and lives,” said Aashish Patel, owner and operator of Captain Jack’s Everglades Airboat Tours and Wooten’s Everglades Airboat Tours. “This is a token of our appreciation for all of their hard work and commitment, and we are excited to offer a day of fun and adventure during the summer break.”
In addition to providing an opportunity to explore the Everglades, the complimentary tours at Wooten’s will also offer educators a first-hand look into the educational opportunities that are available to schools and students. In addition to offering Everglades Grassland Airboat Tours, Swamp Buggy Tours and Mangroves Tours, Wooten’s also currently offers customized tours for schools. The educational eco-tours and programs are designed to meet coordinated curriculum requirements for K-12 grade levels and provide hands-on educational experiences that enrich classroom curriculum and engage students in the learning experience.
